Administrator - Logistics
Location: Walsall
Pay: £12.01 an hour PAYE direct
40 hours a week
Up to 4 month contract with potential to be extended / permanent.
Logistics Administrator:
The logistics office administrator is responsible for supporting the logistics team with administration duties relating to the delivery and collection of hire and sale orders, along with supporting our internal and external drivers with administration and communication, whilst ensuring they meet the required standards.
Essential:
• Previous experience working in an office-based administration role
• Ability to plan and schedule work efficiently.
• Computer literate with good knowledge and understanding of excel, word and outlook
• Polite, calm and professional manner with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to listen and learn
Desirable:
• Product knowledge of specialist hire equipment, fabrications materials and structures
• Previous transport compliance experience
