This prestigious financial services company based in Edinburgh City Centre requires a hands-on, customer-facing Administrator to join their TA team.

Your new role

As a passionate self-starter, your primary responsibility is to execute a range of tasks efficiently and accurately:

Main point of contact for shareholders phone, email, letter and web chat queries
Place telephone trades in accordance with instructions received
Handle questions about shareholder accounts and provide assistance
Responsible for examining errors in shareholder accounts and statements
What you'll need to succeed

Experience in client services or contact centre
Secondary school education or a combination of education and equivalent experience required
Problem-solving skills
Well-organised
The ability to liaise with key stakeholders
