Job Role: Temporary Administrator
Salary: £24,000 (£12.31ph)
Location: Derby
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 17:30 Friday 8:30 - 15:00
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with an industry specialist in Derby. We are looking for an experienced Administrator with an eye for detail to join the expanding team.
What will the role involve?
Managing contractor timesheet inbox to ensure all timesheets are received on time and are correct
Chasing outstanding timesheets
Working from a printed list and manually checking timesheets
Liaising with both clients and contractors via email and telephone
Conducting leavers interviews with contractors
Assisting with absence reporting
Data Entry
Other general administrative tasks to support the teamEssential criteria:
Previous administrative experience or similar
High attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills, not afraid to pick up the phone
