Administrator - Temporary Contract 7+ months
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a local authority based in Nuneaton on a contract basis for 7+ months. We are seeking a committed, hardworking individual who has some previous Administration experience.
As the Administrator, you will be based within the Property Services department and your duties will include:
The day to day delivery of core housing repairs service. This includes technical support providing full administrative duties to run operationally the voids, planned maintenance and reactive repairs sections.
Receipt and dealing with repair enquiries, requests, complaints, comments, work scheduling and making appointments.To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Recent experience of dealing directly with customers, particularly via the telephone.
Recent experience in undertaking clerical/administrative duties.
Highly computer literate including all Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Qualifications in the English Language and Mathematics at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Quick and keen learner.Location: CV10 7QR

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay rate: £11.79 p/h
