Service Coordinator
£22,500 - £25,000
Crawley - 100% Office based
Permanent - full time

This could be the role for you!

This busy role will see you being responsible for looking after the day-to-day service administration which will include:

Completing Timesheets
Preparing certificates for internal training courses and filing
Booking in training courses and updating the training matrix
Answering inbound calls and emails
Raising purchase requisitions to the purchasing department
Booking in vehicle repairs, MOT's, services
Ordering equipment for employees
Ad hoc duties as required.
Quoting processing and invoicing orders
Co-ordinating with accounts and clients to clear up overdue invoicesYour well-developed communication skills, high attention to detail, strong administration skills and the ability to work within a high-pressured environment will enable you to excel in this role.
