Description:
Our established manufacturing client based near Rochester is seeking a Data Entry Clerk. This is a temporary role required through to the end of December 2024.
Location: Hoo – must have own transport
Hours: role is open to those looking for a min of 24 hours pw or to those able to work full time:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 4pm
Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm.
Job Type: Full-time, Site based NO REMOTE WORKING
Rate: £11.44 ph PAYE via React Recruitment
Data Entry Clerk job duties:
* Accurately enter data from paper records / emails received onto database within specified timeframe (alpha and numerical)
* Respond to emails
* Review data to ensure accuracy of data input
* Ensures confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
* Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
* Ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports
* Interacts well with team members regarding data input
Data Entry Clerk Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Good command of English both oral and written
* Have strong communication skills
