Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Office Administrator to join a beauty supplier business based near Basingstoke. This position is going to be working 25 hours per week and is fully office based.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
- Product range administration
- inputting of data onto SAP
- complaints reporting and logging online reviews
- organising production and packaging samples
- Assisting with customer specifications alongside technical team
- Production tracking and updating stock and sales systems
- General administration duties
Requirments:
- Strong administrative experience
- Proficient on Microsoft packages, especially Excel
- SAP experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Own transport due to rural location
This Administrator position is a permanent part time position. Our client is looking for the successful candidate to work 25 hours per week but hours can be flexible. Offering a salary of £25,000 pro rata.
