Immediate Requirement
£12 per hour
Pertemps Isle of Wight are seeking an experienced administrator to work with our client, based in Newport, on an ongoing basis.
As the successful administrator, day to day duties will include but are not limited to.
- Maintain general database ensuring client information, documentation and records are up to date.
- Support clinical team with the provision of required information relevant to appointments.
- Book, manage and record appointments appropriately on the company database.
- Support clinical team with the provision of required information relevant to appointments.
- Maintain and develop filing, information and arching systems.
- General reception duties including answering the telephone, emails and acting as the first point of contact to visitors.
- Sign visitors both in and out to ensure a complete record, for fire safety purposes.
- Always keep reception area clean and tidy, as well as ensuring company notice board is well presented, with up-to-date leaflets available.
- Sign for deliveries and post and distribute to staff members when appropriate.
- Order and maintain office and stationery supplies.
- Support different departments as and when required.
Due to the nature of this assignment, GDPR and confidentiality must always be adhered to.
Ideally, we are seeking candidates with a clinical background. The successful candidate will need to possess an approachable manner, as well as a positive and empathetic nature. Strong IT skills are also essential.
This role will offer 37.5 hours per week, between Monday and Friday.
