Description:

The Birtenshaw Group is a well-established long-standing charitable organisation that has grown significantly in recent years.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen, working in our Head Office as part of the Corporate Services team. We are looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic administrator, to provide direct administrative and clerical support within the administration team and support an efficient and professional reception service. 

Full time, 37 hours per week.

The main duties of this role include:

· Ensuring that the organisation offers a professional reception service for all internal personnel, visitors and contractors.
· Utilising IT systems
· Updating the computerised log for incoming and outgoing post
· Monitoring multiple email accounts
· Maintaining an accurate inventory of the organisation’s resources and procuring resources for the organisation where required.
· To assist in the planning of meetings, to organise rooms and provide equipment as and when required
