We are delighted to be working with an established, reputable, and growing equipment hire company who are recruiting for a Health and Safety Administrator to join their small team based just outside Leamington Spa.
The Health and Safety Administrator will provide administrational support for the maintenance of key records required for the safety, health, environment, and quality assurance side of the business.
This role is Monday – Friday and is fully office based.
Responsibilities and duties of the Health and Safety Administrator:
Ensure company adherence to all new and existing Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality legislation, rules, and company standards.
Conduct regular depot inspections.
Assist with internal and external audits
Assist and support the SHEQ Manager to attain and retain all relevant SHEQ certifications.
Provide Administrative support for the SHEQ department.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience of working in a Health and Safety role would be beneficial but not essential.
Strong MS Office and computer literacy skills
Excellent organisational skills
