Are you an Administrator looking for a long term temporary role for around 6 months in the Borehamwood area?
My client who are based in Borehamwood are looking for an administrator to join their team .
The duties of the role are but not limited to:
Data entry :You will need good attention to detail as you will be updating the data base and monitoring information and checking where updates are needed and sending out relevant reminders.
Great customer service skills as you will be taking calls from the public and helping with their enquires or putting them through to the correct departments
Taking payments over the telephone.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
The hours of work are
Monday to Thursday 9am to 17.15, 1 hour for lunch
Friday 9am to 1700 1 hour for lunch
My client is flexible and if you chose to start earlier you may and can finish early.
Once trained you will have the opportunity to work 2 days from home and 3 in the office.
