Are you a motivated and experienced Administrator, who is looking for a busy and varied role?

We are working with a fantastic client based in Belper who are looking to hire an Administrator on a temporary basis initially. The main purpose of the role is to provide admin support and to ensure any requests can be actioned smoothly by all divisions.

To be considered for the Administrator role, you’ll require the following essentials:

Similar experience in an Administration environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner. You will have experience within an administration role & environment. Having the ability to work and meet deadlines will also be an advantage. Having an NVQ 3 in Business Administration would also be a bonus for this role!

Within this team, you’ll also be:

Meeting and greeting visitors as well as handling incoming calls
Supporting senior members of staff with weekly checks to ensure deadlines are met
Postal duties including delivery notes and liaising with couriers
Managing and creating jobs on internal system
Raising and filing purchase orders accordingly
Ensuring that all processes are actioned in a timely manner on the CRM system

Handling breakdowns or faults and resolving the problem
Processing orders for materials, transport hire & skips
Ordering of waste tank empties & water refills
Updating spreadsheet weekly with the engineer’s job allocations
Processing of invoices & subcontractor invoices

Carrying out general admin duties such as photocopying, printing & filing
Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £11.44 per hour
Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch
Free on-site parking
33 days holiday including bank holidays
