Proven track record in delivering effective communication across all levels of an organisation
What will your role look like?
Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation and filing
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to produce documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Coordinate and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve organisational objectives
Participate in team meetings and contribute constructively to discussions
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
