Administrator | Earley | 8am to 5pm - Monday to Friday | Saturday working hours are 8am - 1pm | Starting Salary: £22,000 increasing to £23,500 after 3 months, £25,000 after 6 months, and £30,000 after 12 months, subject to meeting targets | Annual salary increments thereafter, contingent on target achievement

Bosch Service Reading is seeking a skilled and experienced Administrator to join their dynamic team.

You will be responsible for managing office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth administrative processes to support the team.

Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing an understanding of customer service principles and administrative tasks

Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and colleagues
Demonstrates a professional and approachable demeanour, fostering positive interactions
Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Proficient in IT tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Showcases outstanding organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proven track record in delivering effective communication across all levels of an organisation

What will your role look like?

Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation and filing
Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail
Utilise Microsoft Office Suite to produce documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Coordinate and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve organisational objectives
Participate in team meetings and contribute constructively to discussions
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines
