Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Client Liaison

Location: Edinburgh

Remuneration: £22,500 - £24,000 per annum

Contract Details: Permanent, Full-time - 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Are you a motivated and creative graduate looking for a dynamic role in a busy Wealth Management Practise? Our Client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a team of Financial Advisers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and autonomous business within the highly acclaimed Wealth Management network who offer progression!

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the practise. Your responsibilities will include:

Processing daily business transactions
Managing and responding to email queries
Purchasing and maintaining office supplies
Supporting fee earners in their tasks
Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and databases
Handling phone, email, and written queries from clients
Building relationships with clients to anticipate their needs
Performing audio typing, scanning, and filing tasks
Assisting in the preparation of client meetings
Managing diaries and making appointments
Supporting various personal and business projectsTo succeed in this role, you should be self-motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable with a flexible working environment. While prior administrative experience is preferred, we are willing to provide training and support to the right candidate. Strong computer skills and excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Located in the heart of Edinburgh, our office is conveniently situated just a short walk from Haymarket train station and West End tram station. We offer a friendly and collaborative working atmosphere, where clients are always at the centre of our focus.
