Your new company
Your new company is a well-established organisation based in the heart of Llanelli. My client is looking for a proactive individual to join their team as an administrative assistant on a temporary basis.

Your new role
Your new role as Administrative Assistant will be a varied role providing administrative support for award ceremonies. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: testing websites to ensure that they are running smoothly and as they should be, taking phone calls to answer any queries people may have about the applications and the process, providing advice on the application process, advising on changes to documentation and criteria, downloading and processing application entries, ensuring that the applications have been completed correctly, and ensuring that the entries are allocated to assessors. Your new role will require you to answer telephone calls, respond to emails, utilise a bespoke database (training will be provided). You will also be using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook in this role.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is experienced within an administrative environment, is proactive and IT literate. The individual will need to be confident in answering phone calls and answering caller's queries. You will need to know your way around Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be willing to learn how to use a bespoke database. The successful individual will need to be organised and possess great time management skills.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive premium hourly rate of up to £13.45. You will be working in a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 on a temporary basis until the middle of July. This will be a great opportunity for you to showcase your administrative skills. The organisation has free on-site parking.
