Location: Woodford Green, IG8

Hours: Full time / In office

Salary: £22,000 pa

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant with great IT and communication skills?

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this successful St. James’s Place Partner Practice, who specialise in providing bespoke face-to-face financial advice to individuals and businesses throughout the UK.
It is an interesting and rewarding role that would suit a proactive, confident, and professional individual with a willingness to take on responsibility, and a real ‘eye for detail.’

The Role: Administrative Assistant

You will be working directly with the Practice Manager and other team members and undertake a wide variety of administrative tasks.

* You will be responsible for diary management, arranging, and preparing for client meetings, collating data for reports, illustrations, and portfolio reviews.

* You will be dealing with general enquiries, chasing providers for funds and information, and liaising with SJP back-office teams

* Managing the database of clients using Salesforce CRM you will be creating and updating records and accurately inputting information into the system

* Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers and composing high quality responses where appropriate

* You will understand the importance of getting things right first time, so your attention-to-detail is second to none

Training will be given and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge

The Person: Administrative Assistant

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Proven work experience as an Administrator within an office environment. Financial Services experience is useful but not essential

* Excellent customer service and organisation skills, and be highly motivated with a great work ethic

* You will need the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and be committed to delivering first-class service

* A strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs

* It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and can work with total discretion.
