Administrative Assistant
Location: Tees Valley Hospital, Middlesbrough
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits
Summary:
Tees Valley Hospital in Middlesbrough is a brand new facility part of Ramsay Health Care’s UK network of private hospital services.
Previously known as the Tees Valley Treatment Centre, the hospital has now moved to a purpose-built facility – Tees Valley Hospital in Acklam close to Middlesbrough town centre. It offers services to private and NHS patients for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of surgical conditions.
The role:
We are currently looking for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our Team at Tees Valley Hospital to support our busy Administration and reception team. You will ensure that all admin processes are adhered to in a timely and professional manner. The role will involve front of house on our busy reception, booking of patient’s clinic appointments, and manning of appointment line telephone. The shifts will be on a rota basis and will include Saturday work. Evening’s and Early mornings.
