Description:

Currently require an Admin assistant in Portsmouth to provide day to day administrative support. Prepare paperwork for contracts and purchase orders etc.

Responsibilities Will include:

·Answering telephones

·Setting up new customers & suppliers on CRM

·Raising contracts

·Raising purchase orders

·Liaising with customers/suppliers as required

·Compiling projects job pack

·Compiling site surveys/method statements

·Communication with Projects & Transport Staff

·Booking Site Surveys

·Assisting with enquiries

·Forward complaints to management for action

·Working as a team member

·Time critical requirements

·Prioritising workload

·Responding to emails

·General administrative requirements
