Description:

Administration/Recruitment Assistant required for long established recruitment agency based in Ipswich town centre. Working as part of a small, friendly team, this varied role will involve general administration support such as filing, data input and updating records, reception duties, handling incoming calls and assisting in the day-to-day operation of a busy recruitment agency.
Applicants should be organized and methodical with good administration skills. We see and speak to a lot of candidates and clients every day so the ability to provide excellent customer service is important too, as is the willingness to learn.
If you are looking for an admin support role with a bit of a difference where no two days are the same, this could be the position for you. Temporary initially but could lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Hours 9am- 5.00pm, Monday to Friday with half hour lunch. £11.50 p/hr
