The role
As an Administration Support, you will be responsible for the logging of invoices using excel spreadsheets, Purchase Orders, booking hotels, accommodation and travel.
This role is a Long Term Contract.
35 hour week
The rate for this role will be negotiable
Your duties and responsibilities will be
Logging of invoices using Excel spreadsheet, Purchase Orders, booking hotels, accommodation, and travel.
Filing, General administration to support the daily function of the Team.
Ordering and arranging delivery of equipment for Nurses working out in the field - which is critical and often time sensitive. Liaison with staff including Managers and Nurses in the field. Assisting PA with event management.You will have the following qualifications & experience
Skilled in use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
Skilled in minute taking, creation of action plans and agendas.Get in touch now
