Description:
Administration Support - Monday to Friday – 9.00am - 3.30pm
8 Week Contract
Based in Lymington, New Forest, 5 Days a week onsite
£17 p/h inside IR35 - (30 hours PW)

To administrate all day-to-day operational aspects in accordance with our clients policy and legal requirements.
*
Create and maintain records and databases.
*
Taking telephone bookings and answering general service enquiries will require the candidate to demonstrate a good understanding of the requirements and sensitivities of the work, and they will need to be able to sensitively manage bereaved customers, often handling emotional conflict.
*
The successful candidate will not be left to work independently; the role is to support an existing, highly experienced Officer and service administration.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
*
Good level of general education equivalent to at least 3 GCSE or equivalent including Maths and English at level C or above.
*
Excellent interpersonal skills, high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
*
Ability to handle enquiries and the bereaved with respect and in an appropriate manner.
*
The postholder should be an experienced administrator with at least 3 years’ experience within a customer services environment.
*
To have competent IT skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Access.
*
Current driving licence.
