Administration Supervisor
Duration - 6-12 months
Location - South Derbyshire
Hourly Rate - £17 - £21.50 per hour
Hybrid Working
Sellick Partnership are working with a housing association to assist with the recruitment of an Administration Supervisor to lead a team of 3 to deliver the Repairs administration
Responsibilities of the Administration Supervisor include:
Scheduling of the repair operatives, dealing with repair requests and resolving complaints
Raising purpose orders and checking invoicing related to the repairs department.
Familiarise working with systems such as the Orchard / MRI Housing software and the suite of Microsoft applications including MS teams.
The candidate needs to be able to supervise the team's activities to deliver the departments key performance indicators and look for solutions to matters arising.
Criteria of the Administration Supervisor include:
Proven background in administration
Good knowledge and experience working with Excel
Experience Supervising or managing small or large teams
Competent using different systems
Strong IT skills
Organised and punctual
Handling phone calls
