Full Time Contract (3 months)
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administration Officer in Southwark. This is a contract without a scope for extension working full time hours.
The job:
Management of the telephone service including front facing service of the court, and provide a consistent and professional high level of customer service at all times
Case management for death referrals
Supporting the Coroner as court usher for the efficient day to day operation of the court room for remote, in person and hybrid inquests
Managing the jury during jury inquests as jury bailiff
Operating court audio conferencing equipment
The candidate:
Experience working in a similar role is essential
Experience working in an administrative capacity in the public sector is desirable
