We are looking for an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project.

Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily administrative tasks such as office management, visitor pass requests, meeting with visitors at the gatehouse, arranging visitor inductions, and preparing daily timesheets.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments for relevant employees and team members.
* Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems.
* Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
* Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and other documents.
* Manage car rental agreements, hotel bookings, and travel arrangements.
* Oversee office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
* Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
* Perform general outside administrative duties.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Proven experience in administrative and HR roles.
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and time management systems.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with construction industry terminology and processes is a plus.
* Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
