My Public Sector Client based in Lichfield is looking for an Administration Officer to support their department and their recruitment processes. This is a temporary role with the possibility of extension, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm or 9.00m to 5.00pm, 37.00 hours a week. This role is paying £13.00 per hour. The role is currently working on a hybrid model, with 40% onsite and the other 60% home working.

You will be expected to provide administration for their whole recruitment process. This will involve tasks such as updating recruitment trackers, setting up interview appointments, processing DBS applications and liaising with candidates to ensure the process runs as efficiently and as effectively as possible. The role will require regular liaison with HR to ensure that advertisements and job descriptions are correct, and processes follow organisation timelines and guidance.

You will be expected to be self-motivated, confident, switched on and highly organised with great attention to detail. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with stakeholders of all levels within their organisation. You must of course have strong MS office skills as well, in particular Excel and Word, and a good working knowledge of SharePoint to allow saving and renaming of files during the onboarding process.

Recruitment or HR experience is desirable, but a strong and experienced administrator would be ideal. If you feel that you would have the necessary skill set for this role and ready to take on a new challenge, please apply online.
