Description:
My public sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an Administrative Officer to work within their team. This is a temporary assignment Monday to Friday paying £11.53, full time Monday to Friday 37.00 hours a week, this role is a fully onsite role.
As part of this role, you will be required, but not limited to, the following responsibilities:
o Working independently on projects related to a case management system
o Handling and dispatching cheques
o Receiving and banking payments coming in
o Keeping inboxes organised and clean
o Proofreading and approving payments/receipts
o Invoice inputting
o Managing and categorising items within the inbox
Skills required:
o Able to prioritise workload and adapt to changeable deadlines
o Good communications in both written and verbal form
o Have the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and apply high levels of attention to detail
