Overview: Our dynamic and rapidly growing financial planning firm, based in Aylesbury, is seeking a skilled Administration Manager to join our team. This strategic role is critical to our expansion plans as we aim to double the size of our business through acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of administrative professionals, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining focus in our fully-office based Aylesbury HQ.
2. Business Growth: Contribute to the company's growth by implementing efficient administrative processes, particularly focusing on the development and implementation of an IO (Intelligent Office) system across the wider business.
3. Project Management: Leverage project management experience to oversee the successful execution of key initiatives related to business growth and system implementation.
4. Operations Manager Progression: The role offers a clear path to progression into an Operations Manager position as the company continues to expand.
