Apply today to work as an Administration Clerk for our client's busy distribution centre for plants.

Staffline is recruiting for an Administration Clerk in Redhouse, Doncaster.

The rate of pay is £12.42 per hour and after 8pm £15.52 per hour.

Overtime is available and paid at £17.36 per hour.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday or 5 out of 7, the hours of work are:
- 6am to 12am

Applicants must be flexible in terms of working hours and days as this role works shifts and can be any 4 or 5 from 7, plus reasonable overtime. The role is required to cover both day and night shifts.

Experience in a similar role is required.

Your Time at Work

As an Administration Clerk you will assist in the provision of an effective and efficient warehouse administration service and to be able to provide accurate management information.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Close liaison with other Admin/Warehouse/Transport functions to ensure the smooth running of the operation by prioritisation of workloads.
- Working closely with other departments and customer establishments to accurately record inbound and outbound stock movements and resolve any supplier issues.
- Meeting and exceeding any KPIs applicable to the admin tasks.
- Print and check all relevant reports, schedules or diaries and file accurately and efficiently.
- Conducting and resolving investigations of Stock variances or uplifts, including validating count data.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and all processes complied with in line with the appropriate procedures.
- Assisting in other areas of the depot as operational requirements demand.
- Producing and circulating management reports for both the customer and depot/contract senior management team.
- Ensuring that the hygiene of the office is of an acceptable standard at all times.
- Receiving training in software and systems and utilise as necessary
- To be responsible for the Health & Safety of themselves and others by adhering to safe working practices and the Health & Safety at Work Act. This includes reporting accidents/incidents immediately and ensuring all accidents are investigated thoroughly in line with company guidelines (this list is not exhaustive)

- Be comfortable working in a pressurised environment and to tight deadlines.
- Be prepared to arrange holidays in conjunction with the pool of warehouse admin staff
- Must be an effective communicator and be able to develop good working relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail to ensure documentation is correct and error-free.

Experience in a similar role is required.
