Job Title: Administration Assistant
Location: Falkirk FK2 area
Working Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
Contract Duration: ASAP until 31 May
Salary: £12.22 per hour
Basic Disclosure Required
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare exam packs and ensure all necessary materials are included.
Type up front sheets, registers, and time signs for exams.
Assist with the setup of exam rooms before the start of exams.
Collect mobile phones from each exam room to ensure compliance with exam regulations.
Provide administrative assistance during exams as needed.
Issue exam paperwork and certification to students.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Essential Skills/Qualifications:
Knowledge of effective office administration practices.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pleasant demeanour when interacting with customers/students.
Ability to use initiative and respond quickly to queries and issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using main Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
