Description:
Our long-standing and local client, a market-leading UK manufacturer, are seeking an Administrator to join their small, friendly and busy distribution team, on a temporary basis until the end of September.
This position is Monday - Thursday, 8:00 - 5pm and Friday 8:00 - 4:30. This role is fully office based.
As the administrator your main duties will consist of:
. General daily administration requirements
. Liaising professionally with carrier companies, customers, and internal departments
. Booking deliveries, checking invoices and maintaining customer and client records
. Delivering first class customer service
As the administrator, you will:
. Be a strong communicator with a friendly and confident telephone manner
. The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
. Competent IT skills (Microsoft and in-house systems)
