Administration Assistant
£11.50 per hour

Pertemps Didcot are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to work in the for our client based in Didcot.
Your daily duties will include:
Taking telephone bookings from customers
Using internal systems to process orders
Liaising with internal departments for material refurbishments
Contacting customers confirming order details
Creating internal reports
General administration duties
To be considered for this Administrator role, you will have the following skills/experience:
SAP knowledge (preferred)
Previous experience in an administrative position
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Good working pro-actively with minimal supervision
Good attention to detail in order to understand and correctly perform tasks
Proficient IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office applications
More about the role:
Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 / Friday 08:00-16:00
Start date: Immediate following Interview process
Weekly pay or monthly pay offered
Full training provided on internal systems
