Administration Assistant.

Durham.

£22,000 per annum.

DKF are representing a national contractor who now require an Administration Assistant to join their team in Durham. The company operate within several specialist sectors and regularly carry out projects within social housing, education and industrial settings.

They are now seeking to add an Administration Assistant to their team where full industry specific training will be given. The role will involve working 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday-Friday.

What your core responsibilities would be:

* Assisting with planning and preparation of regular and ongoing high frequency projects with key clients.

* Preparation and management of project and site documentation.

* Processing of invoices, purchase orders etc

* General administration duties familiar with office work.

* Management of supplier accounts

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

* Must be computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office.

* Experience working within a similar admin role.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Highly organised with good time management.

* Experience processing accounts related documentation, familiar with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero and Advantage.
