Administration Assistant

DNA Recruitment Solutions are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our clients' team. The ideal candidate will have excellent clerical and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As an Administrative Assistant, reporting to the Operations Director, you will provide support to various departments within the company and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.

Responsibilities:

* Perform general admin duties, such as answering phone calls, emails, and maintaining office supplies

* Assist with data entry and record keeping

* Schedule appointments and manage calendars

* Prepare quotes, order forms and compliance documents

* Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents

* Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors

* Perform other administrative tasks as required

* Liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure relevant paperwork and documents are completed and compliant

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an administrative role

* Resilience

* Efficient - looks for ways to improve processes

* Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

* Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Team player

* Comfortable in a fast paced, sales driven environment

The successful candidate will receive full training on all relevant processes and unfamiliar software. Once fully trained and settled, there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. Other flexible working arrangements can be made available such as shorter hours or fewer days a week. These arrangements would be subject to a different salary, worked out on a pro rata basis
