Leeds City Centre/Hybrid

£22,000 - £24,000 (pro-rata)

10 Month FTC

My client is a global leader in their field who are looking to grow their team based in Leeds City Centre. They are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team due to expansion of a busy department.

This role is initially a 10 month FTC with the possibility of going permanent.

As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:

* Assisting the Customer Service team to resolve queries

* Liaising with all third parties

* Assisting with Administrative support for the team

* Ensuring the internal system and database is kept up to date

* Help to monitor problems until they are resolved

As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:

* Previous Administration experience is essential

* Previous experience dealing with key stakeholders is ideal

* Highly proficient on Microsoft Office

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
