Roles and Responsibilities : How the Expected Outcomes are Achieved

* Oversee the day-to-day support and general line management of the admin team, ensure SLAs and timeframes are met.

* Managing the meeting room calendar.

* Supporting with the compilation of PQQs

* Supporting the admin team with adhoc holiday cover requirements.

* Overseeing the running of the Networks inboxes, ensure fast responses to all enquiries.

* Supporting HSQE team with queries and audits

* Supporting the management team with all general administration queries

* General administration support across all departments

* Supporting with all Networks Team events

* Training new staff on internal systems and process

* Approved supplier administration

* Any additional tasks as required

Requirements for the Role

* Experience in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.

* Able to work well under pressure and respond to changing demands.

* Experience in working within a busy office environment.

* Experience with dealing with both internal and external customers.

* Experience in working to deadlines and prioritizing own workload.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Friendly personality

* Flexible to undertake a range of different tasks within the working day.

* Problem solver with a positive approach.

* Recognises commercially sensitive or confidential information and deals with it appropriately.

* Experience of working within Construction or Engineering environment is desirable
