Admin Support Coordinator - Forest Hill - Full Time - Hybrid - Mon - Fri - £28,650 - £30,000
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Providing admin support, coordinating and providing Helpdesk cover
* Answering directly to the Managing Director with liaison daily for updates and reports.
* Customer service, external client liaison, by phone and email. Internal client management.
* Work scheduling & operational system management/data base maintenance. General administration support (ordering supplies/collation of regular customer reports/other end of month duties)
* General administration in support of the Operational and Sales Management teams.
* The role requires active communication with internal and external client. Utilisation of the Company's bespoke software for the management of the work portfolio.
Key Skills:
* Good standard of English (written & spoken).
* Level 3 Function skills.
* Competent Microsoft Office capability; particularly in Excel and Outlook.
* General keyboard/typing and PC skills
* Exceptional communication skills.
* A strong "team" ethic & willingness to seek direction from peers.
* Must have an aptitude for working independently and showing initiative.
* An attention to detail is essential.
* Respectful & honest; friendly; reliable & punctual.
