Salary: £14,341 per annum (FTE £23,903)
Hours: Part Time – 22.5 hours per week

About The Role
Caerlaverock is a stunning nature reserve situated on the north Solway coast and we are looking to recruit an Administration Officer to join our small team.
The role will supervise the smooth and efficient operation of the WWT Caerlaverock reserve office and financial interactions in the running of this nature reserve and visitor centre. You will also provide administrative and operational support to the Centre Manager and the wider Caerlaverock Wetland Centre based team.
This post will suit someone with skills in managing finances and administrative process and who will be inspired by working on one of the best nature reserves in Scotland.
This role also involves some duty management responsibilities which means the post holder receives a responsibility allowance of £546 per annum.
About You
You will have experience of supervising the smooth and efficient operation of office and finance systems and providing administrative and operational support to a small team. You will need to be well organised and an efficient worker with experience of being responsible for the financial operations of an office and using finance systems. You will need to be good with people and have experience of dealing with visitors. You will also supervise a number of our fantastic volunteers.
