Description:

Class 1 personnel Ltd are looking to recruit an Airside Seals preparation admins for one of our clients. Knowledge of Airside is a must, we can teach and train all aspects of job role but must display an interest. The role will be based at Heathrow.

Role description:
We are currently hiring Seals preparation admins to perform a range of security-based tasks.
You should have high standards and an eye for detail. Hard working, energetic and confident, we're looking for candidates with excellent organisational and time management skills. Food Hygiene and basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential as full development and training will be provided.
Before you can commence employment and comply with both Civil Aviation Authority and local airport authority regulations; we will carry out a full 5-year background and criminal records check (where applicable) on all successful applicants which can take up to 4 weeks to complete.

we require a reliable and flexible candidate. We have a coverage of 24/7 in that area and working at least 2 nights per week will be necessary.
Shifts are as following:
6:00 – 14:30
8:00 – 16:30
14:30 – 23:00
22:30 – 7:00
 
Responsibilities as a seals preparation admin:

Making sure, everyone is following the rules and the Authorized Signatory List (for issuing seal boxes to other departments)
Making sure people are challenged upon entering the restricted area (seals cage)
Keeping stock of all BA and Non- Ba seals
Keeping stock of security evidence tape and Security Labels
Making sure all the seals are logged on to the system and manually entered.
Making sure all new starters are trained and able to work individually and unsupervised.
Making sure all the staff has the knowledge and skills of Microsoft Excel and Word (e.g. formulas)
Keeping a close communication with the IT department for any issues on the printer or computers
Keeping a close communication with stores and logistic department for any incoming orders
Ordering BA seals on Sky Logistics
Creating different templates for a more organized environment
Making sure the team has everything is stock (stationary, papers)
Making sure the area is neat and tidy.
Making sure the sliding doors are always closed/locked.  
Skills Required:

Microsoft Office skills advanced level
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
