Admin Coordinator

Chilton Aylesbury

Up to £35,000

My Client is currently expanding and they are looking for a Admin Coordinator to join their growing team. This coordinator with be the middle man to the engineers, managers, clients and more.

Roles and responsibilities:

* Take professional phone calls with clients

* Have good communication with Engineers

* Attending meetings

* Answer emails

* Complete tasks given by senior staff

* Ensure H&S is always met in the company

* And more

Experience and qualifications:

* A good knowledge on H&S

* Vast experience with Microsoft packages

* Confident

* Excellent communicational skill

* Worked in either HVAC, Construction or Building services would be desirable
