Description:

The Admin Assistant will play a key role in supporting the secretarial and business support department within the property industry. This position requires strong organisational abilities and attention to detail to ensure smooth daily operations.

Description

Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate hotel bookings and other accommodation requirements as needed.
Raise and process orders for site-related requirements.
Provide administrative support across a portfolio of properties.
Support the in-house property management function, as the organisation manages its own properties rather than outsourcing to a management company.
Carry out general administrative duties, including maintaining records and updating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks to support the smooth running of the property portfolio.
Complete compliance checks and ensure property documentation is accurate and up to date.
Support property management activities, helping to ensure properties are maintained in line with organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Profile

A successful Admin Assistant should have:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £26,000.
6- month Fixed-term contract with potential for further opportunities.
Monday to Friday (9 to 5).
Full time in office.
