Responsibilities:
Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies
Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
Assist in the preparation of reports
Follow up on quotes sent to clients
Manage and update databases and filing systems
Provide support to the production team by assisting with documentation, tracking orders, and maintaining records
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partnersRequirements:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
