A new opportunity has arisen for an Admin Assistant to work as part of a small and friendly team for a family-run company, where you will be supporting various administration duties within the office and supporting others within the business where required. This role is a permanent position.
 
Job Description:
 
The Admin Assistant will be responsible for various administration tasks, and there will also be opportunities to support the business through their growth.
 
The Admin Assistant will: 

Work across the office with all general administration tasks and work closely with the Customer Care team
Process orders and invoices onto internal systems
Perform some Purchase Ledger duties – matching delivery notes
Receive and respond to correspondence – post, emails, fax
Scan and email documentation to customers
Send letters to suppliers
Process sub-contractor's paperwork to include processing their invoices
Run monthly statements to send out to customers
Answer the phones  It would be good to see candidates with: 

Experience within administration
Experience with Sage would be advantageous
Ability to work as part of a team
Willingness to support other areas of the business
Strong work ethic - hardworking, proactive and forward-thinking in approach
Excellent communication skills and a superb telephone manner
Good organisation skills
Must be a car driver due to location  Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Salary:  £24,000 Per Annum

It is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Tunstall, Burslem, Hanley
