£23,795 per year

This opportunity is starting on Tuesday 25th June, so you must be able to commit to this!

Our large automotive client based in Bruntingthorpe is looking for hard-working individual to join the team as an admin assistant. This role offers variety and part of the role is working in the key storage area and then you will also be in the office.

You should be comfortable with working alone, as this will be required for part of this job. You will be locating a large number of vehicle keys, then preparing all the documentation for vehicles which are due to leave the site. You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and the VLookup function.

** There is no public transport available to the site so you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Main responsibilities:

* Locate keys for vehicles in the key storage area

* Preparing vehicle documents and load packs

* Updating office records of any vehicle keys received or handed out to team members

* Collecting documents from various departments located on site

* Checking vehicle releases against the in-house system

* Data entry

Skills required:

* Ability to cope well under pressure and prioritise workload

* Excellent communication skills

* Ability to work unsupervised

* Computer literate

* Good customer service and administration

* Attention to detail

* Willingness to 'muck in'
