If that sounds like you, read this:
You'll be working with a housing provider in Hertfordshire who are looking for their final piece of the puzzle to join on a 6 month contract, which will eventually look to go permanent given that everyone's happy.
Your rate will range from £36 - £40 per hour, this is competitive.
You'll be handling the Adaptations workstream for HRA amongst a small team, so there's plenty to get on with.
Don't worry, you won't be forced to be in the office 5 days per week.
You'll be on-site for 2-3 days for OT meetings and site inspections and you're able to work from home to write reports. If you like, you can go into the office.
If you have AutoCAD experience, that will also come in handy.
