Permanent Position | 40 hours per week | Shift work- Mon - Sunday, 9am - 6pm

Salary - £35,000.00 per annum

Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Do you have a talent for planning and coordinating activities that promote wellbeing and community integration? We are seeking two dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Coordinators to join our Contingency Operations team in Wethersfield.

Purpose of the Job

As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive schedule of enrichment activities for service users. These activities aim to improve wellbeing, discourage boredom, and promote integration into British life and values. You will work closely with local communities, charities, and stakeholders to arrange a diverse range of activities on site, ensuring the health and safety of all participants.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and run enrichment activities for service users
Assess individual and group needs, promoting activities and contributing to promotional literature
Maintain accurate records of attendance and ensure the safety of all participants
Collaborate with volunteer staff, attend meetings, and provide cover for other staff as needed
Develop positive relationships through engagement and supervision of enrichment activities
Keep up to date with all written and verbal communications
Ensure all records are maintained and kept up to date according to company policies and procedures
