We’re seeking bubbly, creative individuals who are looking for a rewarding opportunity as a professional FUN provider within a lovely elderly Nursing Home in Newport.
The role would involve:
Planning, organizing and overseeing a variety of activities for residents in a nursing home setting.
Developing engaging programs that promote socialization, physical activity and mental stimulation
Coordinating events and entertainment to enhance residents' quality of life
Collaborating with staff to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
Maintaining accurate records of activity participation and resident preferences
Requirements for the role:
Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings essential
Strong passion for providing care and improving the quality of life for residents
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families and staff
Knowledge of mental health problems care practices and techniques desirable"
