Activities Assistant – Care
Pay: £11.61 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
We are currently seeking a dedicated Activity Assistant to join our team in a care home setting. The role involves providing engaging and stimulating activities for residents in our home. If you have a passion for enhancing the quality of life for older adults, we would love to hear from you.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a care home or nursing home environment is desirable.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Compassionate and caring attitude towards older adults in need of support.
Understanding of dementia care principles and the ability to adapt activities accordingly.
Ability to work collaboratively with other care professionals to enhance resident well-being.
