Introduction
Our client, a leading technology firm in the financial sector, is currently seeking an Actimize IFM Support Engineer to join their Economic Crime Technology team. As an Actimize Engineer, you will play a crucial role in integrated fraud management, providing production support, and assisting with various engineering tasks. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Experience in IT support
Hands-on experience with Actimize IFM application (minimum 2-3 years)
Responsibilities
Provide production support during normal working hours and be available on call for off-hours
Design and code rules and rulesets for Actimize IFM application
Prepare alert workflows and routing policies
Develop and conduct tests on Actimize IFM platform components
Set up Actimize DEV testing environments
Document implementation and troubleshooting steps
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 3 days per week on-site at the client's office in Swindon. The contract includes holiday pay of 33 days. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively within a team.
