Architectural Technologist
Newbury
Up to £38k
Better People are working with a Newbury based architect to recruit an experienced
Architectural Technologist.
You will be joining an established team of architects and technologists working on residential, commercial and historic building projects.
The technologist will be responsible for Technical detailing stages, particularly on residential projects from small one off bespoke to large scale developments with housing developers and commercial projects.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a technologist/technician role
Extensive knowledge of building contracts and UK building regulations
Ability to deliver quality in both design and technical detailing
Effective communication skills
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
CIAT qualification- would definitely be an advantage
